Description
This is an Eames Aluminum Group Soft Pad Management Desk Chair, Model EA435, originally designed by Charles and Ray Eames for Herman Miller in 1969. These examples date to the year 1999. The design features a cast aluminum frame with adjustable 5-star bases on casters. The seats have plush cushions that are 2 inches thick, and they’re upholstered in brown leather. These chairs feature a manual lift mechanism.

Each chair measures 24 inches deep, 22.5 inches wide, and 34 inches high, with a seat height of 20.5 inches. The chairs do show wear consistent with previous use, including minor scuffs and scratches on the frame and base. Overall these pieces are in very good condition.
