The Grasso chair is no small piece. Broadening the limits of design, Stephen Burks and his passion for artisanal manufacturing created the swelling leather form and iron skeleton. Winning awards such as the 2020 ADI-FAD Gold Delta Award and the 2019 Interior NYC x DESIGN Award winner (for the best lounge seating category), the Grasso makes for a sensory experience that pushes comfort into the contemporary.
The tubular steel frame is sturdy and durable, stretching around the oozing upholstery in a truss. It can also be accompanied by a footstool, and its single piece of buttery leather skin presents sophistication to the bulging seat. It fills a room with its dramatic curves and dense cushioning.
