The Forno Massimo 60 Inch Gas Range harmonizes professional style and 304-grade stainless steel durability. Its 10 sealed burners, totaling 142,000 BTU, include two precision 20,000 BTU dual-ring burners that can simmer at 1,000 BTU. Continuous cast iron grates ensure stability on the enamel surface. Two convection ovens with a total capacity of 8.64 cu.ft. deliver 30,000 BTU total broil and bake output each. Both ovens feature impressive blue enamel interiors for easy cleaning, and the 3-layer glass oven door windows provide both heat retention and a clear view. It includes 2 telescopic racks per oven, an air fryer kit, a wok support, two reversible griddles, an LP conversion kit, and durable zinc-coated metal knobs.
