Demeyere Atlantis Dutch Oven with Lid

Demeyere has produced a top level line of stainless steel cookware with the Atlantis series. The matte polish of the Atlantis series is equipped with a unique elctro chemical surface treatment that keeps the stainless steel looking like new. The stainless steel cast handles are designed for comfort and to minimize heat distribution. All Demeyere products are suitable for use in the oven or for use on gas, electric or ceramic cook surfaces.

Demeyere uses their patented InductoSeal Technology for the base of the straight sided saucepans, sauté pans, stock pots and Dutch ovens in the Atlantis Series. A copper core is hermetically sealed between 6 layers then the base is welded to bottom of the 18/10 stainless steel pot. This creates superior heating of the surface and also provides extra protection from overheating.
