Description
This is an Eames DAW Chair, originally designed by Ray and Charles Eames in 1950. This particular example was produced by Herman Miller in the USA in 2017. This chair features a molded plastic shell in orange, and has an Eiffel base comprised of walnut and black powder-coated steel. DAW is an acronym for Dining Arm Chair on Wood Base.
The chair measures 24.5 inches deep, 25 inches wide, and 31.5 inches high. It has a seat height of 17.25 inches. It’s in very good to excellent condition showing minimal wear. Please see photos.
