Description
This is a spectacular set of three sofas from Ligne Roset’s Prado Collection, initially created by Industrial designer Christian Werner in 2014. This particular set was produced in France in the late 2010s. Werner designed the line as a solution to the staid, stationary seating arrangements that were currently on the market, aptly describing the line as “nomadic”. The backrests are bottom-weighted cushions that are movable, allowing the user to shift their position as they feel fit to ensure comfort. This set is upholstered in a light grey Alcantra fabric, having several coordinating patterned and solid cushions that will accompany the set. The upholstered seats are attached to heavy matte black lacquered steel bases.
The largest sofa measures 47 inches long, 94 inches wide, and 34 inches high. The smaller settee measures 47 inches long, 78 inches wide, and 34 inches high. The large chair measures 47 inches long and 39 inches wide. They have a seat height of 16 inches. There are some minimal scratches and scuffs on the frame, and the upholstery is in excellent shape. Overall, this set is in very good condition. Please see photos.
